Newman-Dailey awards their Top Producers for Third Quarter 2014

Sales Associates Jerry Bielawski and Diane Green were recently awarded as the Top Producers for Newman-Dailey’s Real Estate Division for the third quarter of 2014.

Bielawski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Michigan State University. Following a rewarding career with Dow Chemical in sales and marketing, he moved to Destin. “Real estate was a natural progression for me. I enjoy working with people and assisting them as they define and achieve their real estate goals.”  Bielawski said.  He continues to exceed his client’s expectations with genuine personal commitment to customer satisfaction. Bielawski is among the top 10% of all agents on the Emerald Coast according to the 2013 ECAR Closed Sales Summary Report.

Green has 32 years of experience and currently holds a Broker’s license in the states of Florida and Georgia. Recognized as one of the top producing residential brokers since 1981, Diane became a Life member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar club in 1997, a leader in the sales and marketing council's Million Dollar Club for 10 consistent years from 1995 on, and a top producer of Newman-Dailey Resort Properties in 2013.

She holds a certification in the Short Sale and REO bank owned field and maintains relationships with investors nationwide. Diane is affiliated with the Georgia and Florida Board of Realtors and is currently on the Grievance Committee for 2014 with the Emerald Coast of Realtors. She also holds a certification as a GRI, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute and as a CRS, Certified Residential Specialist.
