Newman-Dailey Real Estate Sales Division Awards Top Producers for 2014
Sales associates Jerry Bielawski and Mark DeSalvo were recently awarded 2014 Top Producer status in Newman-Dailey’s Real Estate Division. Bielawski was recognized as Top Sales Agent, and DeSalvo as Top Listing Agent for calendar year 2014. Shannyn Stevenson achieved Top Listing Agent and Top Sales Agent status for the fourth quarter of 2014, as well as for the month of December.

A seasoned veteran in local real estate, Bielawski has earned Top Producer status several times. He was Top Sales and Listing Agent for 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2012, in addition to winning numerous quarterly production awards. Bielawski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Central Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Michigan State University. He relocated to Destin following a successful 33-year career with Dow Chemical in sales and marketing.
DeSalvo has also enjoyed repeated Top Producer status throughout his 12-year career with Newman-Dailey, including Top Sales Agent for 2013. Originally from Little Rock Arkansas, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. A Florida licensed Broker Associate, DeSalvo has also maintained an Arkansas real estate license since 1984. His credentials include: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI), and Internet Professional (e-PRO). He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, Council of Residential Specialists, Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Arkansas Realtors Association, Little Rock Realtors Association, and Past President of the Emerald Coast Networking Group of Destin.
Stevenson has lived in the Destin area since 1980, and obtained her real estate license in 1999. She initially specialized as an accredited buyer’s agent, a position she successfully held for nearly four years before deciding to expand her business to include listings. Since joining Newman-Dailey in 2014, she has consistently been a Top Producer, specializing in luxury real estate properties along the Gulf Coast.
