Newman-Dailey Resort Properties celebrates 40 years

Newman-Dailey Resort Properties has weathered hurricanes, the BP oil spill and even the COVID-19 pandemic and still stands strong on the Emerald Coast having just celebrated 40 years in business. 

“We are honored to have an extended family of owners, guests and friends that have been with us and supported us all these years,” Jeanne Dailey, founder and CEO of Newman-Dailey, said in a news release.

“It is these families and individuals who have helped shape our culture and our unwavering commitment to excellence,” Dailey said in a release.

Newman-Dailey Resort Properties turned 40 on April 15. 

“I started with one employee, and we now have 88 full-time employees working within our four divisions,” Dailey told The Log. 

The four divisions include vacation rental property management, real estate sales, association management and long-term property management.
