Eddie Gray Honored as Housekeeping Executive of the Year
MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla.—November 16, 2018—The Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals Association recently honored Newman-Dailey Resort Properties Housekeeping Manager Eddie Gray as 2018 Executive Housekeeper of the Year. Gray was honored at the Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) international conference in Las Vegas last month.

Gray started with Newman-Dailey in 2005 and has been an innovator in the industry. He served on the board of directors for Pro Resorts, which was founded by the former VRHP president Steve Craig. Gray was also part of Pro Resorts inaugural week-long boot camp for Housekeeping Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals Association and is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie program where he was awarded top honors. At Newman-Dailey, he has established many processes and systems to ensure all quality standards are met and exceeded. Embracing technology, Gray and his team added the Breezeway App to improve communication among team members and exceed client expectations.
The results of Gray’s leadership are seen in part through the achievement of a 98 percent satisfaction rating among Newman-Dailey vacation rental property owners as well as a 98 percent satisfaction rating among Newman-Dailey guests.
